Outbound Sales Agent - City Centre

Our client is a young rapidly growing business which is looking to recruit individuals who want the chance to get in on the ground floor of a new opportunity. This new financial services organisation based in the city centre, brings 20 years of experience to a challenging field which requires business-minded, sales driven, intelligent leaders to build a strategic business.

Primary Duties

  • You will be provided with a database of new leads and it will be up to you to maximise the potential business.
  • Targets will be reviewed weekly
  • Sales are based on complex financial assessments, so each sales call will require; excellent fact finding skills, clear concise presentation of key information, resolution through a clear commitment from a potential customer
  • Stringent and professional preparation and recording of all associated documentation
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure rapid completion of all cases.
  • Liaison with major city institutions
  • Full induction and training will be provided

    • Profile
    The individuals we are looking for should ideally be working as team leaders or coaches in a sales / contact centre environment with good PC skills. They should have an appetite for success and be looking for a new challenge with excellent prospects which offers more than a 9-5 job. Candidates should have high personal standards, excellent interpersonal skills, a flair for developing team members around them, attention to detail, a vision for future potential and the drive and determination to finish what you start.

    Prospects
    Although successful candidates will start by driving sales themselves, we do expect them to grow a team around them as business grows. Although this will be a challenging and rewarding experience which they will need to fuel through self motivation and energy, they can be assured of substantial rewards for success and excellent commitment and support from the founding director. A competitive initial basic salary is offered plus commission based on results

    Hours
    You should be able to work Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am – 9pm, for example 9am – 5.30pm or 12.30pm – 9pm.
