Sales Manager

Our client, an International conglomerate and highly regarded by all in the industry, seeks the UK’s best Field Sales Managers & Senior Field Sales Executives.

Ideally you should have experience in paints and wood preservatives but other markets might be considered. Due to an ever increasing demand, our client is planning to grow their business and so needs top performers.

You must be committed, hard working, ethical and should ideally be degree educated.

You must have a proven track record in ‘Business to Business’ Sales or in running National Accounts.

You will have successfully managed Sales Teams and consistently achieved targets and met company objectives. You will be capable of formulating sales plans and working closely with your team to help them achieve their objectives. You will be prepared to accept a personal sales target in order to further contribute to the overall objectives of your team.

There are 4 definite vacancies and others may follow: -

  • A National Accounts Manager responsible for major contractors. There is considerable travel involved in this role but you will spend a good percentage of your time in the North of England where our client has an office.

  • 3 Regional Business to Business Sales Managers responsible for small sales teams of perhaps 8-10 Sales Executives. These regional roles require people living in the North, Midlands and South of England.
  • Remuneration and benefits are excellent and will not be a problem for the best candidates. Unless you can convince us otherwise, those earning less than £50k may not have the experience needed.

Our client is an equal opportunities employer and so we welcome applications from suitably qualified people regardless of race, gender or age.

If you believe you are right for one of these roles then please contact our Senior Consultant Bob Wheeler on 0161 924 0168 or in his absence Phil Buchanan (M.D.) on 07855 450055. Alternatively submit your CV and we will contact you shortly
